Harold Puthoff

Parapsychologist, Scientologist, Physicist

Harold E. Puthoff is the CEO of EarthTech International which claims to research the frontiers of physics, including how quantum mechanics can help explain the human mind. Previously he founded the Remote Viewing program (in conjunction with Russell Targ) that the US Government funded to investigate Extra Sensory Perception. He joined the Church of Scientology in the late 1960s and reached the top OT VII level by 1971.
