Ezekiel Emanuel

Ezekiel J. Emanuel is an American National Institutes of Health bioethicist and fellow at the nonprofit bioethics research institute The Hastings Center. He is the brother of Rahm Emmanuel, Obama's Chief of Staff, and a health advisor to the Obama Administration. He simultaneously studied for his M.D. and Ph.D. in Political Philosophy from Harvard University.
